Clinic Nurse Manager/Full-time in Chariton, IA

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee patient care operations in a dynamic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will assist physicians and advanced practitioners in providing care, manage the training and scheduling of clinical staff, and ensure the smooth operation of clinic services. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a focus on patient and workplace safety. The Clinical Nurse Manager will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Current Iowa RN licensure
• 2-5 years clinic experience preferred
• BSN Preferred
• Healthcare Provider BLS
• Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification within 6 months of employment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office and able to learn Electronic Medical Record System, and additional software programs as needed.
