Position Overview :
This role primarily focuses on designing, drafting, and programming files using CAD and other software, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities :
Utilize CAD / CAM software (AutoCAD, Alphacam, Fusion 360, or similar) to create and modify fabrication-ready designs.
Program CNC cutting files for stone countertop fabrication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Optimize material layouts to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
Work with quartz, granite, sintered stone (Dekton, Laminam), and porcelain materials, ensuring proper fabrication parameters.
Troubleshoot design issues and CNC programming challenges to prevent errors and delays.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all CNC programs and design files.
Collaborate closely with the operations team and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in CAD / CAM software (AutoCAD, Alphacam, Fusion 360, or similar).
Strong understanding of CNC programming for stone fabrication.
Experience working with natural stone, quartz, sintered stone, and porcelain materials.
Attention to detail and mathematical skills to ensure precise designs and optimized material usage.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve programming issues before fabrication.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate with different departments.
Adaptability and willingness to learn additional skills, including digital templating, over time.
