Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Estimator. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, and analyzing blueprints to provide accurate project estimates. They will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and project success. The role involves conducting site visits, collaborating with the construction team, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Qualifications
Construction Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Blueprint Reading skills
Knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and industry standards
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Experience with construction project management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
