We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! This Full-Time Hire position will report to and regularly collaborate with the Operations Manager.

OPPORTUNITY:
With an eye toward customer service and construction details, Project Managers/Estimators oversee building projects to ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and achieved with client satisfaction.
KEY SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
Extensive knowledge of custom residential construction is required.
Ability to read and understand plans and specs.
Customer service-minded with the ability to effectively communicate with customers throughout the project.
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, builder software such as Builder Trend or CoConstruct, estimating, and scheduling software.
Process- and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Results-oriented with a problem-solving mentality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Review plans and write specifications for sending RFPs to subcontractors.
Compile bids, check for accuracy, and award bids.
Communicate and build relationships with clients and field supervisors to provide estimating and change orders as required.
Create initial job schedules and review schedules with field supervisors to ensure projects are staying on track.
Manage project construction documents, ensuring the latest drawings are sent to the field.
Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed.
Buyout: Negotiate and secure contracts with subcontractors.
Monitor job costs and budgets.
Prepare documents for permitting.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
