Client is seeking skilled professionals to join our team and help deliver top-notch HVAC solutions to our valued clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in primarily residential, with some small commercial, settings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes.

· Oversee job sites: ensuring tasks are being completed efficiently & to plan.

· Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner

· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting

components for wear and tear.

· Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

· Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

· Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.

· Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.

· Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical trade school certification in HVAC, preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, including installation & service

· EPA608 Universal Certification

· Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently

· Valid driver's license
