Role : Field Service Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineers)
Work Type : 1st year On-site. After 1 year Remote is applicable.

Our client is a prominent supplier of air pollution control (APC) equipment and services for various industries such as power generation, pulp and paper, petrochemical, rock products, and steel. Since its establishment in 1988, they has been involved in numerous projects to enhance the performance of electrostatic precipitators (ESPs).
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Field Service Engineer role at out client located in Troy, AL. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Requirements :
Experience working in Pulp & Paper industry or Power Plant, Cement Plant, or similar industrial environment is a plus.
Qualifications
Field Service and Technical Support skills
Technical Report Writing skills
Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience in working with air pollution control equipment, conveyors, or transformers is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Relevant technical degree or certification
Looking primarily for Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineers
