Job Title : Fire Protection Engineer
Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fire Protection Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves designing fire suppression, detection / alarm, and life safety systems, performing field inspections, and overseeing project management from start to finish. The ideal candidate will also advise clients on fire prevention and code compliance while ensuring high-quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Design fire protection systems, including suppression, alarm, and life safety systems.
Conduct field inspections, acceptance testing, and commissioning.
Interpret construction documents and apply NFPA, IBC, and other standards.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets effectively.
Provide code compliance reviews and educate clients on fire safety risks.
Qualifications :
5 years of fire protection industry experience (preferred).
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Fire Protection Engineering (preferred).
Strong knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and other relevant codes.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
