A full-service provider of fire sprinkler systems, special hazards systems, fire alarm systems, and associated fire protection shop services, as well as a provider of ITM services, is seeking a NICET Level III or IV Sprinkler Design Professional.
This is a fast-paced work environment with a great variety of work (Federal Government, Commercial, Oil and Gas). The position is based in GA or lower SC, working within the design / engineering and projects team.
The NICET Level III or IV Sprinkler Design Professional will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, development, and design of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, fire pumps diesel, and electric and associated controllers) in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards, as well as relevant local, state, and federal regulations. This senior-level position acts as a technical authority, supervising and mentoring construction installers, coordinating with multiple departments, and interfacing with clients to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications :
NICET Level IV Certification in Water-Based Systems Layout
Current GA and SC license certification or ability to obtain licenses
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sprinkler system design
Proficient in CAD software and hydraulic calculation programs
Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local and state building codes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative team player who works seamlessly with other trades and fire protection specialties
Capable of working independently to create complete plans for standard systems, using specifications, plans, and standards
