What We're Looking For :
2 years of fire sprinkler industry experience (verifiable employment history)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Working knowledge of fire codes, installation, and inspection requirements
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Your Role & Responsibilities :
Read and interpret blueprints to install prefabricated fire sprinkler systems
Install fire sprinkler systems in new construction, retrofits, and tenant improvement projects
Cut, thread, and groove pipes to specifications using saws and pipe threaders
Work with various contractors and trades to resolve field coordination conflicts
Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently with a focus on quality
Provide guidance and support to field installers and helpers
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs and working on-site
Be available for flexible hours (including nights, weekends, if necessary)
