This position is only for experienced Floral Designers.
Qualifications to Include :
- Minimum 2 years of floral design experience
- Experience with weddings & events, including arches, installations, and calculating recipes for such event work.
- Knowledgeable in recipe creation, understanding of mechanics needed for large and small-scale installation work, and understanding of floral pricing guidelines.
- Ability to lead our wedding clients through a knowledgeable consultation and sales process to execute their vision.
- Ideally, experience in wholesale ordering, tracking COGS, and increasing profitability while creating beautiful work
- Wide range of artistic design experience including both traditional and modern styles in daily arrangements, weddings, corporate decor, and installations.
