This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Dentist at a community dental clinic in Minneapolis, MN. The General Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental exams and cleanings.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Conduct restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Provide preventive care and educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members.
Participate in community outreach programs and dental health education initiatives.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Active Dental License in the state of Minnesota.
Proficient in diagnosing, treating, and performing a variety of dental procedures.
Experience in restorative and preventive dentistry.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Experience in community or public health dentistry is a plus.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$180,000 to $210,000 per year (based on experience).
New Graduate: $180,000 per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Experienced Dentist: Up to $210,000 per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Sign-on Bonus:
$20,000.
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $5,000 for relocation, including airline tickets and moving expenses.
