We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician Level III to join our team, specializing in Standby Power Generation. The ideal candidate will have extensive mechanical and electrical repair skills, high and low voltage experience, and the ability to work independently on power generation systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repair activities on generators and related components at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Diagnose and complete repairs using specialized tools and documented procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and clear communication with clients.
Prepare required parts and tools in advance for service and repair tasks.
Complete and submit service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims accurately.
Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and regulations, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance skills as per business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Strong mechanical and electrical repair abilities, with expertise in power generation systems.
Hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
Ability to conduct electrical repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
Extensive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience, capable of working on most or all products within scope.
Proven ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians.
Valid driver's license required for travel to customer locations.
