Glazing and Logistics Coordinator

• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate glazing projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.

• Monitor project timelines and adjust logistics plans as needed to meet deadlines.

• Work closely with suppliers to procure glazing materials and equipment required for projects.

• Negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of glazing materials and equipment inventory.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

• Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.

• Work with external transportation providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics.

• Facilitate communication between project managers, field crews, suppliers, and transportation providers.

• Provide regular updates on logistics status and any potential issues.

• Address logistical challenges proactively, identifying solutions to keep projects on track.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve issues when they arise.

• Maintain job lists and to-do lists and meeting minutes to support weekly production meeting.

Qualifications
