About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and driven Landscape Architect to join our growing team of professionals. This role is integral to designing and managing environmentally friendly exterior spaces that balance the needs of people and nature. Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers on CAD design and specification writing for exterior spaces, trails, and landscapes.
Conduct field visits to parks, commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities for project scoping, design services, and construction engineering.
Coordinate projects with internal disciplines such as Landscape Architecture, Structural, Survey, and Environmental teams.
Communicate and coordinate with external entities, including regulatory agencies and planning authorities, for site planning and design.
Assist in construction engineering, including reviewing contractor submittals, applications for payment, and post-construction evaluation.
Prepare written communications, planning documents, and reports for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
Completed or actively pursuing the Landscape Architect Registration Exam (LARE).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or KeyScape software.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in environmental sustainability, parks and recreation design, and asset management.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with software tools like MicroStation, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vision .
Familiarity with planning and design coordination for public spaces and parks.
