About role : The HR & Recruiting Professional will support both HR functions and recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR administration while also assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate has experience in both human resources and talent acquisition, ensuring smooth operations for both functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
Handle new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and orientation.
Manage employee records and HR compliance documentation.
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related concerns.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise :
2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a combination of both.
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
