Job Overview :
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in our sales operations, focusing on handling inbound sales inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. This position requires a driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the outside sales team to achieve company sales goals. Top performers will have the opportunity to move into outside sales if so desired over time.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound sales lead calls and engage potential clients with a friendly and professional approach.
Make outbound sales calls to qualify leads and introduce potential clients to our products and services.
Schedule demos and appointments for the outside sales representatives to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient follow-ups.
Collaborate with the outside sales team by providing necessary information, preparing presentations, and supporting their calls.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the Hubspot CRM system.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and features to prospective customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. We use Hubspot.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Enthusiasm for sales and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Willing to support Tradeshows and other events when necessary
