We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the locally adopted codes.
Duties :
Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with building codes, specifications, and blueprints.
Perform data collection and analysis to identify deviations from project requirements.
Utilize schematics and blueprints to assess the accuracy of construction work.
Collaborate with construction management and contractors to address any quality control issues.
Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.
Requirements : ICC certifications
Clean Driving record
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with project teams.
Certifications
Texas Plumbing Inspector License
ICC Combination Inspector Certification
