JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the right individual to work with and manage our installation teams. The Installation Manager will oversee and support the installations, servicing, and repairing of our shading products by our install technicians.
DUTIES
Manage installation teams, vehicles and equipment.
Train team members in company policies and expectations
Teamwork - Builds teamwork by working with other departments, shifts, and management to meet and exceed customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school or equivalent (Required)
Driver's License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
Construction Experience : 2 year (Preferred)
Previous experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment (Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years experience managing installation team / s (Preferred)
Extensive knowledge of the workings of retractable shades and awnings (Preferred)
Extensive knowledge of hand tools and power tools (Required)
Effective communication skills in both a friendly and professional manner
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to properly lift / carry / push / pull / manipulate / transport up to 75LBS
Ability to work with machinery and moving parts
