- Execute BIM modeling and drawing production (Revit preferred)
- Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, and permitting
- Develop presentations in schematic design
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Develop detailed construction documents and technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and construction administration
- Maintain and manage project schedules as it relates to project submissions and consultant deadlines.
- B.Arch or M.Arch with 5 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit, and Adobe Suite
- Experience in high-end residential architecture preferred
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Licensure or pursuit of licensure is a plus
