We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 2 years of experience in civil defense litigation to become a part of our team.

You will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, engage in the entire discovery process, and advise clients on legal issues.

Represent clients in court or before government agencies

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Advise clients on civil litigation matters

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Familiarity with civil litigation, including all aspects of the pre-suit, discovery, trial, and appellate stages.
