CNC / Manual Machinists will be responsible for :
Operating machines safely and accurately.
Reading blueprints and use precision measuring equipment to confirm dimensions and accuracy.
Inspecting samples for production specifications.
Follow company production procedures.
Make appropriate adjustments to machines as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
Knowledge of CNC / Manual HBM, VTL, lathes, and misc. machined.
Experience in setting up and operating CNC / Manual machines.
Knowledge of gauges, micrometers and calipers.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
Attention to detail and precision in work.
CNC machine programming.
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
Knowledge of various materials and cutting tools.
The ideal candidate must be willing and able to :
Keep a positive attitude.
Be cross trained in several departments of manufacturing.
Work over time when required.
Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.
Work with minimal direction.
Have good housekeeping manners.
