Job Title : Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Houston, TX. This part-time position offers the opportunity to provide care for patients in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology (Ob / Gyn) as well as primary care, with a passion for helping people achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities :
Diagnose and treat patient health problems using the best available knowledge and research.
Work collaboratively with the physician to evaluate patients' health conditions and determine the most appropriate treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient care.
Educate patients about healthcare practices, diseases, and conditions to improve their health literacy.
Reconstruct surgical charts and prepare follow-up reports for patients who have undergone surgery.
Evaluate patients' condition after treatment and adjust the course of treatment as necessary.
Communicate with physicians about patient conditions and care needs.
Obtain informed consent from patients for treatments or procedures that may involve legal or personal matters.
Perform routine tests on patients, including blood pressure, height, weight, vision, ABI, PFT, audiometry, and EKG.
Administer routine injections of medications and vaccines.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the provider or management.

Qualifications :
Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology and / or Primary Care is preferred.
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
