About the Role :
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat attitude and excellent communication skills. We are seeking a sales oriented individual with a strong work ethic who will lead by example and be a self-starter. This candidate will be an adaptable team player with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of demands in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Mechanical knowledge is a must for this position as well as a general interest in karting / racing. This person must keep a clean workspace and be responsible with company tools & equipment. The perfect candidate must know proper grammar and be able to complete sentences using correct punctuation and spelling.
Daily activities :
The candidate will be stationed in the race shop where you will have the opportunity to learn everything about karts and karting. Follow-up is crucial to the success of this position, your day to day will include the following :
Sell karts to clients and give tours of the building introducing new clients to everyone, fitting clients to the perfect kart for them, supplying clients with information about our programs and academies and reaching out to find new clients, maintain relationships by being honest when mistakes are made and keeping in contact throughout processes by calling and emailing updates ๎ Upselling parts & labor by suggesting new or upgraded products and recommended services
Manage CRM software and follow-up with leads, host events, manage onsite academies, enter client information into systems using proper grammar and spelling
Create and assign service jobs, billing parts & labor, schedule private instructions and concierge racking services, cashing out parts & service invoices
Look-up, sell, order, receive and put parts away, bin location, cycle counts, organization of parts room
Answer calls & emails promptly, fulfill & ship orders ensuring orders are correct
Assist on managing website by adding pictures and keeping product information up to date
