Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice. This role focuses primarily on motor vehicle accident cases in litigation but may also include handling other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases, including trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage motor vehicle accident cases in litigation on a day-to-day basis.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
Guide clients through the legal process and maintain excellent communication.
Collaborate with expert witnesses, including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Participate in training programs and seminars, occasionally outside normal business hours.
Qualifications : Experience :
5 years of litigation experience (required).
2 years of personal injury law experience (required).
Active Indiana Bar License (required).
Member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload averaging 50 litigation cases.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong client service and communication abilities.
Self-motivated and driven by long-term career goals.
