Responsibilities :
Educate and advise clients on the policies best suited to their personal needs.
Help clients round out their accounts and maintain client retention and satisfaction.
Update client information and assist clients with policy changes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements :
Active PA Property & Casualty License required (Licensing assistance available).
5 years of customer service experience required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically.
