Key Responsibilities
Production Management

Identify inefficiencies in production and implement process improvements.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies or methods to optimize operations.
Quality Control

Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Job Requirements
Experience
5 years in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a job shop environment.
Strong background in screw machining, CNC, or precision manufacturing.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Familiarity with production planning software and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, lean manufacturing).

Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients.
