Description :
We are breaking the boundaries of the Power Semiconductor space by defining and developing cutting edge technologies for use in the product development of silicon power Diodes, MOSFETs, and IGBTs. We are looking for an individual to work on Systems and Applications engineering projects related to development responsibilities for these devices. At the same, collaborate with a cross functional product development team.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 5 to 10 Years minimum experience in Systems and / or Applications engineering
- AC-to-DC and / or DC-to-DC converter design
- Including detailed analysis of system efficiency and power loss breakdown
- Detailed circuit design, not "cookbook" usage of reference designs
- Proficient in MOSFET & Driver IC characteristics
- Proficient in End-to-End Power conversion Applications
- BSEE, MSEE preferred, or equivalent years of experience
- Spice simulation of power switching circuits
- Excel or MathCad simulation of power supply efficiency and losses
- Schematic capture and printed circuit layout with CAD tools
- Component selection for optimized cost verses performance
General Skills :
100V) Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) design and projects.
