Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes using data-driven approaches
Improve efficiency through set-up time reduction and machine uptime enhancement
Analyze close tolerance tooling and suggest improvements
Lead continuous improvement projects for key performance indicators
Provide support in root cause analysis for customer complaints
Conduct training on equipment and processes
Required Skills :
Experience in plastic injection molding is required
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical process control, and Lean manufacturing concepts
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications :
Relevant engineering degree
Experience in ultra-precise manufacturing environments
