Position Summary
The Project Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support to the company. Your primary activity will be scheduling and coordinating projects for the company. This will include scheduling, managing employees working on your projects, and working with the field management team. After your training, you will ensure all aspects of daily routines are coordinated between departments and installers to ensure schedules are met. Customer satisfaction is the most important gauge of work performance in this position.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Coordinating projects
Various administration tasks
Collaborating with other departments to meet company goals
Reviewing reports and providing feedback to management
Acting as a direct report to the installers you dispatch
Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
Assisting with sub-contractor documents and scheduling
Other duties as assigned
You will be working alongside a team to meet our goal of providing the highest quality plumbing in the most professional manner to our customers.
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License with Good Record (Min. 5-Years)
Out-of-state driver's licenses : You will need to provide the Motor Vehicle Driving Record
2 years of multi-phase home construction and scheduling experience (Preferred)
This position requires an NDA Non-Solicitation Agreement to be signed upon hiring
Willing to learn, respectful, and punctual / consistent attendance
Strong PC & internet skills, including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a talent for customer service
Strong attention to detail
Strong skills in organization and planning, with the ability to work independently and problem-solve
Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work full-time from 7 : 30 AM until the end of the workday (end time varies)
Work week is Monday through Friday, with optional weekend work available
