Hours :

• Monday thru Thursday (6 : 00 am till 3 : 00 pm), Friday (6 : 00 am till 12 : 00 pm).
• Overtime as required.

Duties Include :

Program, run, and maintenance of CMM. Zeiss Calypso

Performing receiving, first / last, and in-process inspection to ensure products comply with quality standards.

Collect, store, and maintain documentation of inspections using established procedures and formats.

Assist in the documentation and disposition of non-conforming materials.

Perform and document dimensional layouts.

Create / Update Inspection Specifications in Unipoint.

Assist with customer PPAP submissions.

Perform studies (Gage R&R, Capability, etc.)

Gage Calibration Management.

Building / update gage toolboxes for part numbers.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Interpretation of engineering blueprints (including GD&T) and specifications.

Measuring devices (cmm, optical comparator, caliper, micrometer, etc.) and their use.

CMM programing (Zeiss Calypso) a plus.

Proficient with computer and software programs such as Microsoft Office.

Jobboss Software experience a plus.

Unipoint Quality Software experience a plus.

Experience with QC Calc SPC Software a plus

Experience with metal stamping / assembly a plus.

High School Diploma. Associate degree or specialized training preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and operations.

Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities in changing environments.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and successfully resolve problems.

Solid organizational and communication skills

Ability and willingness to work overtime as required and mandated based on production schedules.

APQP, PPAP, ISO, Statistical Process Control Knowledge a plus.
