We're seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to lead our quality team and ensure the production of high-quality components through effective measurement and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage quality plans, contract reviews, and new product launches
Communicate test results to customers promptly
Implement corrective actions for quality issues
Create inspection plans for molding and secondary operations
Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance
Operate and program CMM, Micro-Vu, and optical comparators
Lead and train quality personnel
Requirements :
3 years of Quality Assurance experience in injection molding
Expertise in testing plastic injection molded products
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in corrective action methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
ISO Audit experience
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
FAI and PPAP understanding
PC-DMIS programming skills for CMM
