Position : CT Technologist
Location : Wickenburg, AZ
Job Summary :
The CT Technologist performs high-quality medical imaging exams on patients as ordered by healthcare providers. This role supports both diagnostic radiography and CT imaging, contributing to comprehensive patient care. A multi-modality position, this role requires proficiency in both imaging modalities and flexibility to assist with various departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform diagnostic imaging exams (radiography and CT) to assist in patient diagnosis.
Review images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness, and assist radiologists as needed.
Provide additional imaging as required by clinical needs.
Participate in departmental activities and contribute to patient care continuity.
Assist with non-imaging duties as necessary within the department.
Additional Duties :
Maintain professionalism and ensure patient safety and dignity.
Attend required training and educational sessions.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in imaging with CT certification.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
HIPAA training within 3 months of hire.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and CT.
Current Arizona Department of Health license for Radiography and CT.
