We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Hawaii real estate law and be proficient in processing regular system and Land Court deeds, as well as other required filings with the Bureau of Conveyances using e-filing software.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Hawaii regular system and Land Court deeds and other required filings with the Bureau of Conveyances using e-filing software.
Advise clients on real estate closing issues.
Draft, review, and revise real estate documents, including commercial leases and purchase agreements.
Conduct title searches and prepare preliminary title reports (preferred).
Maintain and organize client files in our practice management system.
Correspond with clients and third parties in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience in real estate law or related field (strongly preferred).
Proficiency in e-filing software and Hawaii real estate procedures.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closing processes.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Experience with title searches and preliminary title reports (preferred).
Paralegal certification or equivalent experience (former escrow officers without prior paralegal experience will be considered).
