As a Restoration Production Manager, your day starts with reviewing service calls and pre-scheduled appointments, ensuring every project runs smoothly. You lead and support a team of field supervisors, Foremen, and production staff, ensuring they have everything they need to meet customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the quality of work while overseeing the upkeep of equipment, vehicles, and the warehouse. You ensure all projects meet our high standards, driving customer satisfaction and team success every day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
IICRC certification/training
Leadership experience in restoration or construction
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to ensure high-quality work and safety standards
