Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. This role includes training technicians as needed to ensure optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, a solid understanding of restoration processes, and the ability to effectively manage time, resources, and employees. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the business owner to ensure company practices align with industry standards.
Train technicians as needed to ensure proper documentation and above-standard operations.
Perform water extractions and train technicians in the same process when required.
Assist with Xactimate billing and verify invoice accuracy.
Collect service contracts, deposits, and payments as needed.
Coordinate all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely task completion.
Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters via daily emails.
Conduct restoration estimating using tools like Xactimate and Company Cam to prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and sketches.
Oversee jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage relationships with approved vendors, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to minimize delays.
Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and business owners throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or restoration industry.
Strong skills in invoicing and estimating; familiarity with Xactimate is preferred.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of contract management and negotiation skills.
Ability to build effective teams by training technicians and fostering collaboration on job sites.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits :
Pay : $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Bonus opportunities : performance bonus, yearly bonus
Schedule : Monday to Friday
On-call availability
Weekends as needed
Experience :
Project management : 1 year (preferred)
Location Requirements :
Must be able to commute to Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
Relocation to Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 is required before starting work.
