Sales Director - Drive Growth and Strategic Partnerships

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead sales strategy, expand business with existing accounts, and drive wholesale growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in revenue generation, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve Sales Growth : Generate $2M in sales within a year and $5M in three years through existing and new clients.

Lead and Mentor a Team : Manage and mentor 2 account managers to drive performance and resolve escalated client issues.

Strategic Sales Leadership : Use consumer insights and market data to develop sales strategies and drive business growth.

Client Relationship Management : Shift from "order taker" to "strategic partner," identifying opportunities and expanding business with key accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Marketing, R&D, and Production to align strategies, develop tailored campaigns, and execute projects efficiently.

Innovation and Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovation opportunities for clients.

Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze sales performance, optimize strategies, and ensure ROI through effective use of Salesforce.

Key Qualifications :

Proven experience generating multi-million-dollar revenue in beauty or consumer goods.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a high-performing team.

Expertise in strategic sales, client management, and market analysis.
