Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Brokerage Leader & Broker role at the Client. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to leading team brokerage efforts, team growth, Broker-In-Charge duties, facilitating property transactions, mentorship / teaching, administrative management, and marketing management. This is an on-site role located in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an individual to take over brokerage efforts and grow the team.
Qualifications
10 years of Commercial Real Estate and brokerage experience
Successful book of existing brokerage business
Administrative management abilities
Leasing and negotiation skills
Market research and analysis abilities
Property transaction knowledge
Brokerage license (BIC eligibility is a bonus)
