Job Description: Senior Project Manager - High Purity

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-purity piping projects within the semiconductor industry. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in specialized sectors like pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, and nanotechnology. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and complete high-purity piping projects, ensuring alignment with project baselines (scope, budget, and timelines).
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure scope changes are approved and implemented.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders. Lead weekly meetings and provide status reports.
Operations & Customer Collaboration: Work with operations teams and customers to integrate projects into existing workflows, ensuring seamless transitions upon project completion.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all OSHA and project-specific safety regulations are identified and adhered to. Represent the company in interactions with local code officials for permits and inspections.
Customer & Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Lead reviews and updates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee project billing, including A1A approvals, pencil pay applications, and invoicing. Ensure accurate and timely billing submissions.
Continuous Improvement: Lead post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to future project development and planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
On-Time Project Completion: Target 90% on-time delivery.
Budget Adherence: Target 95% of projects within the approved budget.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Target a 90% satisfaction rate.
Safety Compliance: Zero OSHA violations and zero near-miss incidents.
Skills & Competencies:
Project Management: Strong skills in scope, risk management, and project execution.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of high-purity piping systems in industries like pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and life sciences.
Safety Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects with a focus on safety.
Communication & Team Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore. Experience with RFIs, submittals, and contract documents.
Financial Acumen: Ability to manage project budgets and billing processes effectively.
