Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Conduct technical research and analysis to support patent prosecution and litigation efforts.
Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to evaluate technical disclosures and develop intellectual property strategies.
Stay current on advancements in electrical engineering, computer science, and related fields.
Provide support for intellectual property litigation matters as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is preferred but not required.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
No prior intellectual property experience is required.
