We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally in trust and estate law. You take pride in your ability to manage cases from start to finish while working collaboratively with a team. Our practice spans the full spectrum of estate law, including estate planning, complex administration, and litigation. We are committed to achieving exceptional results while fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research.
Draft and respond to written discovery.
Prepare for and conduct depositions.
Draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
Present compelling oral arguments.
Assist with negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.
Additional Responsibilities :
Collaborate with shareholders, senior associates, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management.
Manage client expectations and help them develop and pursue their best interests.
Actively participate in professional networking to strengthen the firm's visibility in the community.
