The ideal workers' compensation paralegal candidate will possess :

Proactive personality with strong people skills
High quality customer service experience and knowledge / understanding of personal injury law.
Be detail oriented, comply with Best Practices and adhere to deadlines while consistently displaying proficiency in all verbal and written communications.
Unparalleled organizational ability and effective time management.
Recent 2 years of workers' compensation experience is MUST.
