- Support senior attorneys with legal research, writing, and case development.
- Counsel school district clients on disability-related education matters.
- Assist with litigation and represent clients in proceedings before the OAH, CDE, and OCR.
- Participate in court appearances and contribute to trial preparation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Some courtroom experience (preferred).
- Passion for student advocacy and education law.
