You will get a chance to try cases to verdict and act as the primary attorney on various types of personal injury cases. There is an opportunity for large performance-based bonuses as well.

Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Missouri and Kansas state bar associations is required.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Prior experience in civil litigation is a bonus.
- Those coming from an insurance defense firm are encouraged to apply
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Take depositions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, trial, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases.
