- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, memos, and briefs
- Analyze medical records and conduct legal and medical research
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and conferences
- Interact with medical experts and clients
- Draft motions and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Admission to practice law in New York
- 3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, or personal injury litigation (other litigation experience may be considered)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in problem-solving and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Confidence in client interactions
