Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and staff, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
- Draft legal documents in business, litigation, real estate, and probate matters.
- Conduct legal research using LexisAdvance, Westlaw, and FormBuilder.
- E-file court documents and manage e-service processes.
- Independently manage assigned files and cases.
- Licensed in Texas.
- Proficiency in Timesolv or other legal billing software.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
