Job Description - Associate Attorney

We are seeking a civil litigation attorney with at least four years' relevant experience, preferably in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in case review and analysis of relevant law, preparing pleadings, preparing for, and arguing law and motion matters, preparing written discovery, attending depositions, and preparation for trial, mediation and arbitration. Second chair trial experience is helpful but not mandatory. This is a full-time position.
