Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Manage written discovery
- Prepare cases for trial and act as lead or co‑counsel at trial
- 2 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with an emphasis on insurance defense
- Proven track record of handling depositions, motion practice, discovery, and trials
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut - If you are admitted in one state, You should be licensed in Connecticut.
