- Responds to tenant needs and requests.
- Performs general labor such as replacing light bulbs, filter changes, ceiling tile replacements, general building repairs and miscellaneous carpentry.
- Maintains building exterior (sidewalks) through periodic, independent inspections.
- Complete all service requests in a timely manner. Self-initiate service requests as needed.
- Escorts vendors into secure common areas and tenant spaces.
- Assists with the set up and break down of special events.
- Assists with trouble-shooting and repairs of building systems.
- Responds to building emergencies.
- Receives instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Looks for opportunities to continually improve maintenance processes and make recommendations to superiors.
- Respond to 24-hour emergency calls as required. Carry mobile phone as required for on-call duty.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Works with all building personnel in a cooperative and professional manner.
- Strictly adheres to all safety rules, policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Basic computer skills (email).
- Reliable transportation method to be able to get to work on a timely basis.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
