Client is urgently seeking a highly-motivated attorney with 3 years of civil litigation and/or municipal law experience to assist with a fast-paced and rapidly expanding municipal law/litigation practice and to help grow its Clinton Township, MI office.
Skills And Educational Requirements
JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
Current Michigan Bar admission in good standing
Minimum of three years of litigation and/or municipal law experience
Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing discovery; taking and defending depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
High energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new projects and learn new skills quickly
Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities
Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and electronic discovery platforms
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner, along with a commitment to provide clients with high-quality services
Compensation And Benefits
