As an Commercial Estimator, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Submit bids to general contractors
Track bid status and follow up on submitted bids
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes and verify accurate pricing
Collaborate with rest of team to prepare bid packages
Participate in job walks to understand job scope to bid appropriately

Skills
- Prefer experience with Bluebeam (not required)
- Strong layout design skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience commercial estimating preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
